Right after I flew back from Europe, I shot a Paradise Ridge Winery wedding in Santa Rosa. It was during those fires in northern California and the sky was smoked red which gave the day some surreal touch. I love those two lovebirds and how incredibly emotional they were. It was beautiful to see so much love and one thing I’d never seen before: at the end of the wedding, while they were still dancing, the two immediate families came together in a giant hug that lasted a while. It was so amazing that I started crying and feeling all the love they have for each other. Magic.
